Integration of "UTP" with CRM "SalesDrive" for an online store with more than 100 orders per day

Tasks implemented within the project:

  1. Integration of the accounting system with CRM "SalesDrive". Standard integration implemented:

  • Real-time download of deals from CRM "SalesDrive" into the accounting system;

  • Two-way exchange of order statuses between CRM "SalesDrive" and the accounting system;

  • Automatic creation of counterparties on the accounting system side when downloading a deal from СRМ "SalesDrive". 

Additional integration functionality implemented:

1. Exporting sales orders from the accounting system to CRM "SalesDrive":
  • Added all data returned by SalesDrive via WebHook to the sales order;
  • Added the "Order Status" attribute to the sales order. In the "Sales Orders" journal, added an "All" tab and separate tabs for each status. 

2. Downloading additional deal characteristics from CRM "SalesDrive" into the accounting system:

  • Delivery method;

  • Delivery/sender;

  • Prom.ua website;

  • Website page;

  • Ad campaign;

  • Source;

  • Company (utm_campaign);

  • Channel.

3. Exporting prices to CRM "SalesDrive".

4. Exporting cost price to CRM "SalesDrive".


5. Installed "Batch upload of counterparties" processing. Exported data to CRM "SalesDrive" and imported data into the accounting system.
